All refunds/returns/exchanges are decided on a case-by-case basis. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase & we will do what we can to help you be happy.
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on a complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for refund.
When do I qualify for a refund?
You qualify for a refund only if we have provided you with the wrong items, or if your items were faulty when received. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot provide refunds for any other reason. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
How do refunds work?
If you qualify for a refund, then please contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] or calling 07852845339. If your refund application is accepted, we will send your payment back directly, via the method you used to purchase the items. The agreed refund value will then arrive within 3-5 working days.
